With the current downturn in the overall economy, and the continued challenge of oversupply in golf courses nationally, regionally and in virtually all markets throughout the country, golf course mortgage defaults have become an acute and chronic dilemma for many lenders. We specialize in providing workout services to lenders with golf loan portfolios of any size, and have a wide network of qualified and experienced legal, appraisal, land planning, and brokerage resources. We provide a full range of services that includes pre-acquisition due diligence, valuation analysis, operations management, and the marketing and disposition of the property. We handle all employment matters; provide institutional-quality budgeting, business planning and financial reporting; and insure that golf course turf, infrastructure and all other assets are protected. We have a special subsidiary to handle liquor licenses and a nationwide umbrella insurance policy through one of the leading golf course insurance providers. Our organized and full-service approach minimizes your distraction from your core business, while our experts concentrate on maximizing the value of your golf assets. Our management contract terminates automatically upon the sale of the property.
